McNulty & Co. Landscapes is a multi-generational, Villanova-based company with a unique understanding of the Main Line, in tune with the expectations for the care of properties here.
From fine gardening to ornamental pruning, we care for landscapes created from exceptional varieties of perennials, shrubs, and trees.
We focus on maintaining the properties within the communities of the Main Line, offering knowledge and expertise in the areas of plant health, tree care and lawn care.
Our relationships have been established through consistent demonstrations of skill and knowledge in complex landscape care. They have grown through diligent work, referrals and our family’s personal standards for professional maintenance of pristine yards and gardens. We offer educated, highly skilled care along with peace of mind to our neighbors.
History
McNulty & Co. Landscapes was founded in 2019, fulfilling a third-generation family tradition of landscape expertise among the communities of the Main Line.
Starting from grade school, Thomas helped his father Charlie, who helped his father, also Charlie, with the annual maintenance of properties from Wynnewood to Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Gladwyne, Wayne to Newtown Square.
Admiring their satisfaction from working hard for a select group of appreciative customers, Thomas was motivated by their selfless service and decades of passion and knowledge. He attended Penn State where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Contracting with a focus on Management.
On the advice of his father, before starting his own company, summers prior and for two years full time after graduation, he worked for the area’s premier arborists. There he achieved credentials as an ISA Certified Arborist.
His roots in Villanova, along with heart-felt appreciation for work done properly, were incentives to set out on his own. As the company expands today, Thomas is careful to protect the McNulty name, which has always been synonymous with quality care.
